These lines were cherry-picked from somewhere, and somehow I was hearing the music in them. AI found a few possibilities. With cryptic lines, it is all about filling in the blanks, but whether it means something is always vague. With pop music, you can get away with ambiguity, and that's what makes it interesting. Lyrics aren't supposed to be prose.
