Thirteen Cows

 

Derived from diary entries of Anne Lister (early 19th century) and the Beatles studio diary, using a song title as a lyric line. "Alms" sounds like "arms" so that could be an interesting context with attending church for "Help".

"As purely a working title, the Beatles' second feature film had been called "Beatles Production 2". Then a more permanent name was suggested, 'Eight Alms To Hold You', [then] "Help!" was conceived....in later years he would look back on the lyric as pleading for help from somebody, anybody, to help relieve his insecurity...."
